ART GALLERY NO.1 :

BLOOM. FADE.

A flower’s most beautiful moment does not last. Its petals fall softly, and even memories can fade. I paint it in oil — not to change it, not to make it complete, but to honor it. Through this quiet act, it lives a little longer, always in bloom.

A gift

I received flowers from a couple I have known and cared for a long time. Somehow, they knew I especially love yellow flowers. This special bloom now lives on in my painting.

Intricate

Mediums:

Oil on canvas

Dimensions:

16" x 20"

While walking through a botanical garden, I discovered a delicate flower full of intricate details. Created by God, it must have taken so much time to make. Was it too fragile to let the world see?

Purely white

Oil on canvas

16" x 20"

The white rose in my front yard is tricky to paint. Its pure whiteness is hard to capture, and it rarely looks completely white. Painting it carefully shows just how soft and elegant its purity is.
